ZapNexo is a Shopify app that helps merchants connect shoppers to sales attendants through WhatsApp from product pages.

Information we process

ZapNexo may process store-related information required to operate the app, including the Shopify store domain, app configuration, attendant names and WhatsApp numbers, button settings, business hours, message templates, product context used in WhatsApp links, and click analytics.

Customer data

ZapNexo does not require access to protected Shopify customer data in order to provide its core functionality.

How information is used

Information is used only to provide and maintain ZapNexo features, including displaying WhatsApp contact options, applying merchant settings, tracking button clicks, providing analytics, and managing Free and Pro plan functionality.

Data sharing

ZapNexo does not sell merchant or customer information. Data may be processed by infrastructure providers that are necessary to host and operate the service.

Data retention

App data is retained only as necessary to provide the service and meet operational or legal requirements. Merchants may uninstall ZapNexo at any time.

Security

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect information processed by ZapNexo.
